The challenge

Medcare required a private corporate staff party for over 2000+ guests at an outdoor venue – a fun filled zone with games, entertainment and food.

The solution

• We created a carnival theme – one which combines a street food vibe with food trucks that served 5-star quality food, together with carnival themed décor, games and entertainment. For the family fun outdoor venue we picked Zabeel Park Mega Bowl to execute this event.

• Event design and management included a carefully managed seurity system, custom created décor, exquisite lighting and colorful food trucks.

• Family activities included life sized inflatable games, African drummers, carnival parade, a DJ, and other fun events.

The event was delivered flawlessly, to budget and 5-star quality. The staff were thrilled with the experience, creating more commitment to the brand.
